Our Vision and Mission

We envision a world where every child has access to a safe, inspiring and joyful place to play—even in the most challenging environments. We believe that play is essential to children’s wellbeing, development and resilience, particularly for those affected by conflict, displacement and crisis.

Our mission is to make high-quality play more accessible by creating affordable and adaptable solutions that can overcome environmental, logistical and economic barriers. At the heart of our work is a modular playground system that can be configured for different locations, communities and ways of playing.

We work closely with local partners and communities to ensure that each playground responds to the children who will use it and to the realities of its surroundings.

Alongside our practical work, we advocate for every child’s right to play. We aim to raise awareness of the vital role play has in children’s lives and encourage governments, humanitarian organisations, funders and communities to recognise safe play spaces as an essential part of their support for children.
